Task Force Charge
In all cases, the Task Force is to attempt to clear up confusion or ambiguities by revising existing definitions or by adding new ones. Within the above guidelines, changes to be proposed should be policy neutral as much as possible.

Assumptions
The Law should match the practice if there is one but, if not then clarify what the alternative would be, e.g., should third floor dormers be counted in whole or in part in the FAR.
