Clarification of Votes Counted for November 4th Municipal Election.
A recent Boston Globe West article implied that “ballots with one name selected rather than two were counted as blank.” Please note that if a person voted for one name instead of two in the Alderman-at-Large contests, the non-vote is considered a blank but the selected candidate is counted.
