What is the MRC? (See Brochure)
Newton is its own federally recognized Medical Reserve Corps and cooperates with 26 other cities and towns in local public health Region 4b. Training and volunteer data maintenance is handled collaboratively through the Region 4b MRC. Newton hosts trainings each quarter and participates in emergency preparedness exercises.
