The Card shows: A monochrome half-tone of a photographic view. A rowboat with its oars shipped and cushions at the the stern pulled up on the riverbank fills the foreground. The Charles is visible beyond the boat.
The manufacturer's credit runs vertically up the left edge of the card back: "N. E. Paper & Stat'y Co., Specialty Printers, Ayer, Mass."
There is a divided-back version of this card also in the collection, raising the possibility that the entire New England Paper series was printed in both divided-back and undivided-back version.
The card back is clean except for "R-02-01" in pencil in the lower right corner. The card is in very good condition with very rounded corners.
