Over 55: Snowshoeing

Snowshoeing is easy. After just a brief introduction by our certified instructor, you will be ready to experience the joy of a snowy winter day. 

The shoes no longer look like tennis rackets and are quit compact, streamlined and lighter weight.

Snowshoeing is a a great low impact activity that works all of your muscle groups and burns more than 600 calories per hour. 

Several Sessions are scheduled throughout the winter.
