Affordable Housing Opportunities
Newton
From time to time, affordable units in Newton are made available via lotteries operated by the City of Newton and other agencies. If you would like to be notified when a unit is available, please email housing@newtonma.gov or call the Affordable Housing Hotline at (617) 796-1730 with your name and address. You can also request an application to the Newton Homebuyer Programs from this email/hotline.
Please note that not every affordable housing opportunity in Newton made known to the City. If you are interested in a unit in a particular development, contact the developer who is listed on the signage at the project and inquire as to whether the project has affordable units and how you can be notified when the units will be available.
