Affordable Housing and Fair Housing in Newton

The City of Newton is committed to the preservation and development of affordable housing and to fair access to that housing.  Funds are available for the creation of new units, the rehabilitation of existing units, and to provide assistance to help income-eligible individuals and families purchase a home.
