News from the Clerk’s Office It is time to get your dog’s 2009 license!  All dogs over the age over 6 months must be licensed by April 1st each year.  Proof of rabies vaccination is required.  Click here for more information and an application. International Travel.  ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and any foreign country including Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda must carry a valid passport.
