  Rehabilitate and preserve this Queen Anne style building, constructed in 1886 as the home of the Brigham family (founders of Brigham's Ice Cream); later used as Newton HIghlands Branch Library; and now used by the Hyde Community Center's afterschool program for middle-school students and by other community programs.
