goals:
  The adaptive reuse of this National Register - listed 1926 junior high school for housing has won preservation awards. It currently includes 21 units affordable to low-income families. Preserve and rehabilitate its most significant exterior features to prevent water infiltration, including the original slate roof, above-roof-line masonry and cast stone.
