The Card shows:
Colored lithograph of a photographic view in vertical format of Echo Bridge from a viewpoint just to the north of the eastern end of the arch. The trees have been tinted in fall colors and the sky and aqueduct reflect beautifully in the water -- a composition that made this one of the most popular Echo Bridge postcards.

The legend on the back of the card reads, "This is, perhaps, the most photographed bit of masonry in the neighborhood of Boston. From it is enjoyed an attractive outlook over the river, the falls, and the gorge. Descent is made by stone steps to the bank of the stream where one may try out the echoes wich gave the bridge its name."

The complete credit running vertically up the left edge of the card back reads, "Printed by Tichnor Bros., Inc., at Cambridge, Mass., U.S.A." The card is unused and in excellent condition, the back marked only by "25¢" in pencil.
