The Card shows:
A tinted lithograph of a photographic view of the aqueduct from a viewoint on the western bank of the Charles just above the dam at the lower end of Hemlock Gorge. The river is very low -- a dock on the eastern bank is high above the water.
The view is the same one used for the cards numbered A 6962 and 11140. Like them, the card is copyrighted 1905.
This card is a variant version of this another in the collection: see the card numbered G 6962 for a fuller explanation. This copy of the card is in excellent condition and unused, with minor album marks on the front corners. The back is clean except for the Jackson Homestead stamp.
