Mission Statement   The mission of the Purchasing Department is to ensure that the supplies, equipment and services required for the functioning of municipal departments are delivered on a timely basis, at the best price and in compliance with applicable regulations. The Purchasing Department also includes the City Print Shop which is committed to producing, in a cost effective manner, quality printed materials for use and distribution by City departments.
