The Portrait Project features Newton women who have contributed in a meaningful way to their school or community. These women represent the many women in our City who work hard every day to assist others.

The portraits will be on display at the Newton Free Library during the month of March, Newton City Hall March 4–15, and the Chestnut Hill Mall in April.

The 2002 Portrait Project Subjects will be honored at A Celebration of Newton Women Saturday, March 23, 1:00 – 4:00 The New Art Center 61 Washington Park, Newtonville seating is limited
